        Standard models have 64mm X 241 mm (3" X 10") square Pine logs. Also available are Cedar logs and D-shaped profile logs. Please contact us for details. Custom orders are welcome.

Payment Conditions

For us consumers pleas note: that any applicable sales tax is not included
 

• The remaining sum is payable by certified check upon delivery, or thirty (30) days after delivery providing guarantee of the credit documents.
   

• These guarantee of credit documents must be in our possession before we begin production of the kit.
   

• A 15% deposit (not redeemable) is payable on signature of the contract.

Delivery

(For customers in Ontario only)

• Minimum three (3) weeks from the receipt of deposit..
   

• Delivery costs are included in kit prices.
   

• Other destinations by request.
   

• The materials are forwarded to the customer via truck in most instances.

Architectural Drawings

• Computer assisted design (CAD).
   

• Standard plans: 400$ (three copies)
   

• Custom made plans: 850$ (three copies)
   

• A 250$ credit refund on plans with the purchase of your kit home.
   

• A complete Building Guide completes the building plans.

Notes

• Custom made projects: free cost estimates available.
   

• Custom designed floor drawings and larger size house kits available.
   

• Any kit, custom designed or standard, can be produced in solid logs 89 mm (4") or 114 mm (5"), or Super-insulated log wall 64 mm (3"), 89 mm (4") or 114 mm (5"). Also available: "D"-shaped 95 mm (4") logs.
   

• The assistance of a technician (for the erection of the log walls only) is included in the kit price.
